Please keep in mind that this guide is a little dated. Win11 does weird stuff, although I'll never use it. lol There are better guides for this.
Also there is a mistake, you only need to put the glide3x.dll into the files.

Use this manual if...
1. ...Nglide doesn't work //edit: After switching graphics card from AMD to NVidia DGVoodoo had some strange bugs for me and I'm currently using NGlide 1.05 See my comment for more info.

2. ...You want a more stable experience // edit: please note DGVoodoo is more prone to faults, but when it works, it runs really good.

3. ...You want a working windowed mode (DGVoodoo windowed config starts at 2:00) // edit: There is also the option for NGlide with Dxwnd. I made a batch script for easier usage.

Tutorial:
- If you installed using Nglide and want to switch to dgVoodoo skip steps 1-6 and unistall Nglide first.
- If its your first install just follow all steps.
The video is only a rough guide, please read the texts in the installer.
Steps:
1. 0:00 mount your ISO by rightclicking
2. 0:09 start the alternate installer
3. 0:15 accept the license agreement
4. 0:17 select folder (you can choose what you want: if you have no clue try C:\Users\(YourUser)\Documents) (not shown in Video, due to reinstall, sorry) and language. !!! Do not install into the directly into the C:\ Folder. !!! (Explanation see below (*)↓ )
5. 0:20 unselect nglide
6. 0:45 finish the process
7. 0:49 extract dgVoodoo Files
8. 1:16 copy the "dgVoodooCpl.exe" & "dgVoodoo.conf" into your game files .../Hype - The Time Quest/
9. 1:23 copy the "Glide.dll" & "Glide2x.dll" & "Glide3x.dll" from dgVoodoo/3Dfx/x86/ into your game files .../Hype - The Time Quest/ (if it does not work in the end try the dgVoodoo/3Dfx/x64/)
10. 1:37 start the "dgVoodooCpl.exe" and either
Fullscreen: 1:37 change the resolution in the glide tab to your native resolution (probably: 1920x1080)
Windowed: 2:00 configure as you wish or use a the config from the video (but choose higher resolution 2:11)
11. 2:22 Start the "MaiDFXvr_bleu.exe" and enjoy the game
12. 3:56 If problems occur enable start as admin in the compatibilities tab - rightclick "MaiDFXvr_bleu.exe" - compatibility - "run as administrator" - apply
!!! Important !!!
If you want to start the game you need to mount the ISO like in step 1, else it refuses to let you play ("Insert CD Rom to play the game"). 0:00

General Troubleshooting:
If you experience some Framedrops after changing windows.
Set the priority in the taskmanager to Realtime or switch to NGlide 1.05.
